Building a breathwork business is hard, and it can be a very lonely adventure too. I hear you. I’ve been there.
Here is my breathwork journey in a nutshell:
- 2018 – Discovered Holotropic Breathwork® in Los Angeles.
- 2022 – Became a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork® Facilitator.
- 2022-2024 – Worked closely with Michael Stone (founder of Neurodynamic Breathwork®) in his business, facilitated sessions for 100+ participants, co-created short breathwork experiences, and coached students in his certification program.
- 2022 – Co-founded Breathwork Plus, LLC with my husband.
- 2024 – Opened and managed a wellness studio in Los Angeles while living in Serbia.
- Facilitated 500+ breathwork sessions witnessing incredible transformations.
- End of 2024 – Partnered with Bruno on a mission to help breathwork facilitator build their businesses.

Bruno Miranda
Unlocking Potential Through Breath, Coaching, and Connection
From an early age, technology captivated me – even when computers still used floppy disks. 💾
After earning my degree in Computer Engineering, I applied my analytical mindset to developing innovative software solutions for renowned organizations like Correios de Portugal (national postal service), Portugal Telecom (telecommunications provider), Águas de Portugal (water utility company), and various insurance companies (insurance providers).
However, amid the world of data and code, I discovered a deeper calling that led me beyond the digital realm.
In 2009, I embraced the transformative power of breathwork, meditation, and expanded states of consciousness. I made the bold decision to transition full time into the wellness field, driven by a passion to explore the inner dimensions of human experience.
In 2013, together with my loving wife Andreia , I founded a therapy center in Lisbon. There, we offer sessions, group meditations, breathwork experiences, and stress management programs designed to help individuals tap into their inner power and achieve a state of balance and clarity.
The journey continued in 2023 when I earned my Neurodynamic Breathwork® certification and met Aleks, a pivotal partnership that further fueled my passion for this transformative practice.
Today, Aleks and I are committed to empowering breathwork facilitators around the world by sharing our insights and strategies, helping them build thriving practices that can inspire change.

How do you balance technology with your personal well-being?
For me, I set everything up right from the start so I can relax, confident that everything is in place for the day to flow smoothly.
What time of day do you prefer to work on your business?
I find that mornings or quiet afternoons works best for me!
Do you prefer working alone or with others?
It really depends on the task. I love having both options; mornings are my time for deep focus and silence, while later in the day I enjoy shifting to a collaborative environment with respectful colleagues.
